Hi, I'm Brandon. I'm a UX designer, detective, scientist, and researcher who thrives on understanding why people do what they do and what will help them do it better and easier.  I believe a business that understands it's customer's needs and pain-points will provide a better product, and in return, will gain a loyal customer.   
 
As a designer, my goal is to uncover and solve the right problem, then create a product that performs like the user expects.  In my opinion, good design is crafting a product that works in a natural and intuitive way, and takes little to no effort from the user.  I am such a firm believer in the power of good UX, that I designed, built and sold a couple homes based on UX principles and practices.  
 
When I'm not designing digital products, you can find me on the lake with my wife and kids or in the woods looking for a lost golf ball.  I love reading and listening to audiobooks, and rarely fall asleep at night without doing one of those two things first.
